Ultimately, our success in this business is measured one project at a time. After the completion of each project we undertake, there must remain a satisfied client – one who will ask us back for the next project and recommend us to others. Otherwise, we have failed in our mission of providing superior construction services. We simply try harder, and the results speak for themselves – give us a call if we can help you with your next project.
We have our own new techniques of design that give the owner identity to his own project by collecting every single detail about the owner and find his/her comfort in the project. We also have our modern techniques in designing a project by modeling, sketching, and construction techniques that we are specialized in like Post Tension structural system that provide wide spaces with fewer columns. Technique is all an architect can grasp. Techniques occupy a beautifully indeterminate void on the fault line between theory and practice. Spared of reductive allegiance to either, design techniques are uniquely powerful. A technique may disrupt, innovate, communicate, or surprise. At the same time, techniques stand as silent markers of membership—opaque envelops delimiting communities of colleagues. This first of two symposia interrogates the motivations, instruments, influences, justifications, effects, and origins of contemporary design techniques. Ultimately technique is how novelty manifests itself in architecture, expanding and advancing the inner core of our discipline.
The beginning of civilization as we know it really started with a series of material innovations; the Bronze Age and the Iron Age set us on the path to where we are now, after all. So it makes sense that the history of architecture is also deeply engrained in technological developments of the time. Skyscrapers would have never reached such heights without developments in steel, for example, and facades would have never slimmed down without thin-shell concrete.
In a time that is so buzzing with technological development, we cannot help but salivate a little at the material prospects for architecture that are just on the horizon. With 2014 just beginning, we want to take a moment to see what drastic innovations may be leaking into the world of architecture in the near future.
And we are certain that material can give the project a different dimension a totally different function. Such as we can use a self cleaning Nano-Tec. Glazing, Anti-Bacterial interior wall covering material that used in hospitals and clinics, and a Prefabricated GRC tiles that gave us a different style in decoration.
Inspiration is a funny thing: when you need it is nowhere to be seen, and just when you're not expecting it, it can blindside you in the least convenient of places. But we believe that inspiration came from the project itself its surroundings its owner style, and its type. And that gave us different directions in each project which is excellent to make a huge variation in our projects.
We believe that the structural system is like a human skeleton for human that the building is consists of skeleton “structural system “, and skin “building materials “. And because of our believes we became the first in construction technology in Egypt . As we were the first to use Post Tension in a 2400 m^2 project with a 2400m^2 post tension slab to ensure large spaces with fewer columns.
